Abstract

Este artículo tiene como propósito reflexionar sobre el liderazgo, las nuevas tendencias gerenciales y la postura asumida por la comunidad académica en las universidades para implementar desarrollos gestados fuera del ámbito académico y demostrar que su aplicación no riñe con la gestión administrativo- académica, sino que aporta basamentos, herramientas e instrumentos a los líderes de estas organizaciones para lograr objetivos y planes estratégicos de desarrollo para el éxito organizacional, lo cual se traduce en calidad académica en la formación de profesionales para la convivencia pacífica, la transformación y responsabilidad socio-ambiental de la humanidad.
